Mistakes can happen – whether during installation or production 😅 That's why every apgo film, hybrid glass, or skin comes with our installation warranty.

How to submit a complaint or make a warranty claim?

  1. Send us a message within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include your order number, product name, and a short description of the issue.
  3. Attach clear photos or a video showing the defect or damage.
  4. If the issue was due to improper installation, we’ll usually send you a replacement product — you only cover the shipping cost (depending on the delivery method).
  5. If the issue was our fault, we’ll cover all the costs — no worries!
