Warranty Statement
apgo – apgo products ordered via the websites goapgo.com and apgo.eu and placed on the market in the country of delivery (as specified in the order) are sold by:
APCOMMERCE.PL ARTUR PIEKARCZYK, Klonów 21, 32-222 Klonów, Poland.
These products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty under the terms outlined below.
1. WARRANTY TERMS
(Effective date: March 28, 2019)
A. The warranty is valid in the country to which the order was delivered.
B. Proof of purchase (e.g., invoice or receipt, order confirmation) is required to validate the warranty.
C. The warranty is granted for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.
D. The warranty applies to the following apgo products:
- apgo Hydrogel films
- apgo Hybrid glass
- apgo skins and stickers
- other apgo-branded accessories
2. WARRANTY COVERAGE
A. The warranty covers apgo products designed to minimize the risk of scratches and damage to the displays and housings of electronic devices.
However, the manufacturer does not guarantee that devices fitted with apgo products will not be damaged or destroyed.
B. The warranty applies to manufacturing and material defects. It does not cover minor imperfections such as:
- residual foil fragments in cutouts,
- edge irregularities or yellowing of the protective layers —
as these are normal production characteristics and do not affect the usability of the product.
C. The manufacturer warrants:
- Compatibility with the intended device
- High-quality workmanship
- Proper functionality
D. The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., dirt, fingerprints, discoloration, abrasions)
- Mechanical damage caused by external factors (e.g., drops, pressure, contact with accessories)
- Use outside the recommended temperature range (+5°C to +45°C)
- Exposure to water, moisture, extreme temperatures, or chemical vapors
- Mechanical alterations (e.g., cutting, puncturing, or reshaping)
- Dismantling or tampering with the product
- Incorrect installation (contrary to instructions)
3. WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE
A. If a defect covered by this warranty occurs within the 12-month warranty period, the manufacturer will:
- Repair the defective product, or
- Replace it with a defect-free product.
If neither option is possible or has already been used, the warranty holder may request a refund.
⚠️ The warranty holder must notify the manufacturer of the defect within 14 days of discovering the issue, or the warranty rights may be forfeited.
B. The manufacturer will fulfill its warranty obligations within 14 days of receiving the product at the designated service address.
C. Recommended warranty claim procedure:
Step 1: Notify the manufacturer by email at apgo@goapgo.com or shop@apgo.eu (or via the seller’s contact email).
Step 2: Upon receiving a response, send the product to the address provided.
If the claim is justified, the manufacturer or seller will cover return shipping costs.
4. GOVERNING LAW
In matters not covered by this warranty, the applicable provisions of the Polish Civil Code shall apply.
5. STATUTORY RIGHTS
This warranty does not affect, limit, or exclude the rights of the Buyer arising from applicable laws regarding the statutory warranty for defects in sold goods (including, where applicable, EU consumer protection law, the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, and similar provisions in the country of delivery).
